Becs is very professional and personal, discreet and unbiased, she has all the qualities that you need for a great mediator. Provides a safe listening environment to hear and understand your situation and feelings of the disagreement or conflict between the various parties. Is able to independently hear both parties side of events and ask the relevant questions to help your understanding in preparation for the joint in person meeting of all involved. With the mediation meeting Becs creates a non-threatening relaxed atmosphere and ensures that every person is able to have their say and have their feelings heard without interruption or judgement. Becs is good at summarising and clarifying each persons statement to help in clearing up any misunderstandings.
